How to access the products you've bought: a step-by-step guide

While we automatically send an email with every purchase, outlining instructions for accessing your products, we understand these can get lost in spam filters – or sometimes just not deliver at all for a number of reasons that we won't claim to understand!

But don't worry. If your email hasn't delivered, you should still be able to get instant access to the products you purchased.

Our products aren't just delivered by email – they're accessible via your very own customer dashboard. And once you've made your purchase, the products will be immediately available to download once you log in using the same address you used at the checkout.

Follow these steps and you'll be sorted in no time!

1. Create your account

First off, you'll need to create your account if you haven't done so.

Visit to do this. Please note, you need to use the same address you used for your purchase in order for this to work correctly.

(Bear in mind this may not be the email you normally use – for instance if you used ApplePay it may have defaulted to your Apple ID, or similar for PayPal. Check where you received your receipt if you're not sure.)

2. Activate your account

Once you do this, you'll receive an activation link. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Click the link and you'll be ready to go.

3. Log in and access your products

Once you've activated your account you can log in here: and you will be able to access your products.

4. Still not working?

If you've logged in but can't see any products, please double-check the address you've logged in with matches the email on your receipt. This is the most common cause behind products not showing up in the dashboard – so even if you're 99% sure you've used the same email, it is worth double-checking!
