Hi! I'm Aidan.
I'm co-founder and Managing Director of The Personal Growth Company, one of Ireland's leading providers in the productivity and personal growth space.
And I built all the tools you see on this site.
Not because I love spreadsheets and planners (though I kinda do). But because I needed to solve a problem that was holding me back.
As a content strategist. As a content creator. As a marketer. As a business owner.
I couldn't get my ideas down on paper
I could come up with ideas – be it for content, for business, or for life. But I could never get them to line up – or make them feel like they fit into a broader strategy.
And because of that, I could never properly communicate them to clients, to my team, to friends, to family, or anyone who was important to me.
And I was always being niggled by a sense that I'd left out something important – that I was forgetting something. Too much was left to chance.
My issue was getting ideas out of my head and on to paper – through a logical, reliable and repeatable process.
So I decided to fix this problem once and for all
I say 'decided'. But really, I had no choice!
I drew up a very basic process for mapping out my thoughts – based on the needs of the audience, as with everything we do in our agency.

What do I need to use it?
This tool connects with GPT – a language algorithm – to generate its results. So to use it, you'll need an OpenAI account. These are completely free to set up, and come with more than enough free tokens (AI credits) to use this tool effectively.
We built the tool this way as it's much MUCH cheaper in the long term than subscribing to a platform where you'd get similar results but would easily pay per month what you'll pay once-off for this product.
Oh, and setting it up is super-simple – it takes less than two minutes, and we've included step-by-step instructions inside the product itself!
How will you handle my payment information?
Our store is built using Shopify, the gold standard for ecommerce and online sales.
Through their payment gateways, we accept credit cards (via Stripe), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal payments. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure, and Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure. How is it delivered?
As soon as you pay, you'll be shown a link that will bring you to your product. You'll also be able to create an account, and you'll receive an email with the link for safekeeping, meaning you'll have ongoing access to your products.
Is this product refundable?
Well, this app is something that you have – something that you can keep– much like other downloadable digital products like ebooks or template kits. It’s sold on a once-off basis, and that’s why we don’t offer a blanket refund policy.

Does this tool work in other languages?
The tool will still work if you input text in a language other than English. So you'll have no problems if you're bilingual and comfortable reading headings in English.

This app is usable across most devices using third-party note-taking software (find out about our favourites here). This includes most tablets, phones, laptops, and desktop computers.

Do I need to download anything or install software?
Most of our tools are spreadsheet-based apps, so you don’t need to download anything to your own device to use it. As long as you have access to Google Sheets and a decent internet connection, you’re ready to get going.
Some products may require note-taking software (we recommend Goodnotes, though there are tonnes of free products available) – but we never ask you to install our own software on your devices.
And just to be clear, it's a PDF?
Yes, it's a PDF – but that's under-selling it slightly!
